We are looking for an outgoing Account Executive in Argyle who loves being out in the community, connecting with business owners, and turning conversations into long term relationships.

What You Will Do
This is a high visibility, high energy sales role where you will drive growth, build influence, and help shape the future of a bank that is rapidly expanding its footprint. You will spend your days out in the field, meeting business owners, attending community events, and creating new opportunities that fuel both your success and the bank’s.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, in person visits, and targeted outreach to bring in new business and expand your network.
• Build and grow a strong deposit portfolio while identifying opportunities to cross sell additional services.
• Develop new commercial relationships and contribute to the growth of the bank’s loan portfolio.
• Represent PointBank at community events, chamber functions, mixers, charity events, and other high value networking opportunities.
• Manage and deepen relationships within your personal portfolio to ensure long term satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts, treasury management services, and credit related products.
• Track leads, activity, and performance through CRM to stay organized, focused, and ahead of your goals.
 
What you'll need:
• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and/or 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Banking experience a plus
• Sales experience required
